Certificates being redeemed for all Animal Art Adventures except for Elephant and Penguin Art in 2025 can be redeemed here:
Animal Art Gift Certificate Redemption
 
Certificates purchased before 2025 that need redeemed for an Elephant or Penguin Art in 2025 cannot be redeemed online. Please contact the Education Department at the Indianapolis Zoo by email at edustaff@indyzoo.com or by phone at 317-630-2180.
 
 
Elephant and Penguin Art Certificates purchased after 2024 can be redeemed below (please note that redemption is available the day after they are purchased. Steps to redeem your gift certificate.
  1. Select the gift certificate redemption link below based on the type of gift certificate you have.
  2. Enter the gift certificate number printed on your gift certificate.
  3. Select your desired date for your animal art and complete the purchase process.
