Education Gift Certificate Redemption Page

Certificates purchased on or before February 2023 cannot be redeemed online. Please contact the Education Department at the Indianapolis Zoo by email at edustaff@indyzoo.com or by phone at 317-630-2180.
 
Certificates purchased after February 2023 are available for redemption the day after they are purchased. Steps to redeem your gift certificate.
  1. Select the gift certificate redemption link below based on the type of gift certificate you have.
  2. Enter the gift certificate number printed on your gift certificate.
  3. Select your desired date for your animal encounter and complete the purchase process.
